Sports and fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I started playing football at the age of 4 and went on to play professionally, as well as internationally for Jamaica.
I know what it’s like to have an elite mindset and compete at the highest level. I’ve lived through the ups and downs of maintaining a healthy lifestyle — from intense training schedules to dealing with injuries, plateaus, and the mental pressure that comes with chasing performance.
My main goal is that I don’t want fitness to feel overwhelming or restrictive. I want it to feel empowering. I want to show you that it’s possible to achieve your goals without having to give up your personality or peace of mind.
Now, I coach women to train smart, fuel their bodies, and feel confident in their skin — without falling into the all-or-nothing trap. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back on track, I’m
here to guide you every step of the way.

Movement has always been a part of my life. I started ballet at the age of 3, studied Urban Dance at University, and eventually earned a Master’s Degree in Dance Science, where I found an appreciation for the human body.
Over the years, I’ve shifted more towards health and fitness, qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, taking a whole 360 approach to our health.
My coaching style is pretty straightforward. I like to keep things clear and focused on what actually works… but also get that life can be messy. I’m here to help navigate you through it all, with full support and no judgement. Whether you’re a beginner, getting back into it, or just looking for a new challenge, I’ve got you!
My role is to help you achieve those results! It’s not gonna be easy, but if you can put in the dedication, there is no reason you can’t reach those goals!

Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember – from growing up playing football and basketball to strength training in the gym over the past 10 years.
While I built a strong foundation through gym-based training, my true passion lies in outdoor movement. These days, you’ll find me hiking, skiing, running, or rock climbing whenever I can. That balance between structured training and real-world movement is something I love helping clients achieve.
I hold a BSc in Public Health Nutrition and a Master’s in Sports & Exercise Nutrition, and I’m also a qualified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and yoga teacher. Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked both in-person and online with a wide range of clients, supporting goals from fat loss and muscle building to endurance, injury prevention, and rehab.
My coaching style is practical, adaptable, and focused on building long-term results—whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in every phase of life.
From my early days in bodybuilding to rebuilding my strength postpartum, my journey has shaped a coaching style that blends education, empathy, and real-world experience.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in pre and postnatal coaching, However, my expertise extends far beyond motherhood. I love to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and capable. Whether you’re rebuilding confidence after having a baby, chasing new performance goals, or simply trying to feel more like you again – I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I’ve been training for over 12 years and have always had a passion for sports and fitness. Growing up, I enjoyed being active and over the years I’ve tried many different sports and training styles, which helped me develop a real love for movement and strength.
My journey with fitness has taught me how powerful training can be, not just physically but mentally too. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women discover their strength and build confidence in their fitness journeys.
As a coach, my style is supportive, empowering, and focused on long-term results. I help women feel comfortable with strength training, learn proper technique and build real strength while improving their overall fitness and confidence.
For me, fitness isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about building strong, confident women who feel good in their bodies and enjoy the process.
